      Avantages

      Rugvista is a down to earth, open and transparent company. With colleagues who are there to support and boost one another. It is a learning environment and great company for understanding the ecom business.

      Inconvénients

      Quick in their changes. Foster internship in terms of work force but don't necessarily hire, even though a talent. Very dependant on market and are quick of scaling up or down depending which can create an unstable environment.

      Avantages

      Friendly teams with great colleagues, and I had a good onboarding experience.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of structure, decisions could be made in a meeting only to be turned over a day later just because someone ran into the managers in a hallway. Very unclear processes, priorities and workflows, which led to a heavy workload.
