Some good coworkers. Because of the extremely high turn over you have a chance to learn job skills from those on their way out the door.

Inconvénients

Negative environment, extremely poor office work flow, and confusion and threats to job security are very common.

Under paid, want to mold you into something you aren't, benefits aren't that great, I could go on and on just don't do it.
