      Avantages

      Ruth's teaches people how to take care of the guests and each other. We try to do the right thing. We care a lot about the history of the company, the brand, and the experience.

      Inconvénients

      The company faced challenges during the COVID pandemic.

      Pay was good. Bonus was ok.

      Inconvénients

      Really bad IT leadership. Micro-management, no trust, little to no staffing, too much work, no work/life balance.
