Work n life balance is nonexistent.
Egos are very high among the managers in kitchen n front of house with no motivation of doing better in life or to keep the work environment happy for existing staff members.
Constant lack of respect towards junior staff. No direction.
Highly illegal activities go on behind our back. One of them is obviously altering time sheets without the knowledge or consent of the person of interest.
Inedible staff meals that forces staff to buy their own food and higher position chefs and manager will get to eat whatever they want as most of the staff would go home hungry.
