Avantages
Supportive and engaged management that truly cares about the team. Brilliant developers and modern, clean tech stack. Flexible hybrid schedule (some weeks fully remote). Catered lunches, SF Giants tickets, paid holidays and PTO. Genuinely felt respected and valued.
Inconvénients
Often juggling too many projects and tech stacks at once, and it can feel a bit chaotic. Some restaurant clients were challenging to work with due to low technical literacy, which meant extra effort in simplifying software. Left for a higher-paying role, but the trade-off wasn’t necessarily worth it.
