      Coworkers are great, sometimes flexible schedules

      Inconvénients

      High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts

      Avantages

      Flexibility in work schedule and training opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Worked with this company for a number of years. The company allows leaders to be unsupportive and deceitful. The unhealthy work environments are toxic and people are over worked. I used to love this company but learned these behaviors are supported despite asks for assistance. Stay healthy and away from this organization. Company focuses on making numbers than helping people in need.
