Inconvénients
Like others, management is constantly changing structure and unable to settle. Basically it is just trial and error method and if nothing works, just sack people in a name of redundancy.(Easy way of cutting cost) Very outdated technology and products, now outsourcing but too late now. Clients arw not happy with products. Lack of processes and direction and very disorganised task by immediate managers. No system in place and everything is adhoc based. No investment in modern tools for employees to help with their job. Spending more time in fire fighting then to have solution in place. IT infrastructure is a complete garbage. Worst IT service i have dealt with ever. No career advancement or any encouragement to progress. Cannot really grow within company. Management is a complete joke. No retention policy or generous compensation for genuine and hard working employee. Pay increment is a really pathetic. 2k for entire year for high performance rating? Kidding right. Wondering what it would be with average rating? No perk that i know of.
