Great work/life balance. They are very understanding of outside life. A lot of opportunities to learn, develop, and sharpen skills, They provide great resources. Everyone is kind and willing to help when needed.
Inconvénients
Bonuses for hourly employees are a flat rate for all. You can be here for 5 years and a senior tech and will get the same exact bonus as an entry level tech that started a week ago. The pay is underwhelming when starting at the company, but it is not the worse. There is favoritism on certain teams, but not every team.
