Thank you for the review. I am glad that you are enjoying the work at SC5. We do our best to create a work environment where people can get better at what they are doing. Partly it is because our clients demand high quality experts and partly because we think that great developers strive to become even better. We recently trained half of our developers to become Scrum Masters and we have a weekly training program for the whole staff of SC5. One great part of the work is to get to play with all the new devices. Some of the devices we develop are not even released to public. To get the best outcome you really need the best tools. Team sizes: Currently our Jyväskylä office is growing and the team are likely to get little larger. However, our business is based on small agile teams. The good thing is that we share actively information between teams and our architect-gurus are available to solve problems when ever they surface. Regarding the salary - we are doing our best to make the ends meet. We did a industry survey recently and found out that we are par to our competitors. We are committed to raising the salaries over the industry average. Also we are in the process of drafting an employee incentive program that is coming on top of our non-work activities curriculum.
