      Avantages

      A lot of people got placed via SCM. They have 3 different locations. If you have an issue they will seat and listen to you and solve it. They are pretty fair with the post employment. Better than some other companies such as Beta soft Systems (which now are changing their name to something like 360 technologies or systems). Don't ever go with Beta soft Systems. SCM have a good managers. Very friendly staff.

      Inconvénients

      When it comes to setting up interview for you with clients, they are not efficient, they wait till last minutes to manage that, and from that some problems get created. Also, most of their marketers are good but still have some of them that doesn't know how to work correctly (lack of communication). Other than that, nothing specific.

      Avantages

      ZERO! before they market you, they allow you to go through 2 weeks training which is basically material you could find online YOURSELF. you would rather much do it on your own then learn from somebody who's overseas who has "technical issues"every other day. don't bother wasting your time!

      Inconvénients

      SCAM SCAM SCAM! what more do you need to know?! these people are the WORST! they have NO ethical or moral code/NO professionalism. it's a big waste to go through these people, you'll just be sitting at home waiting for a job for months and months. they make you sign this contract before you take the online training-and if you void it's a $5000 penalty. another scam! they make up fake resumes with years and years of experience for you; ridiculous. BEWARE A SCAM!
