• Staff are often expected to meet very high demands, leading to being overworked and underpaid. • The working environment initially felt supportive and positive, but this changed when the company began prioritising profit over its original core values. • Unrealistically high standards, little to no formal training, and excessive responsibilities frequently lead to burnout. • Although annual pay reviews are promised, they are often delayed or not followed through. Pay rises rarely reflect inflation and do not always keep in line with the LLW, despite claims to the contrary. If you don’t proactively request a review, it’s unlikely to happen. • Management has previously asked staff to post positive reviews on Glassdoor - super unprofessional. • HR often feels performative rather than genuinely supportive.
