      Avantages

      The General Manager in the location I was in had a very close working relationship with his client and it created a nice environment to be in. General Manager at Oakland RAC would never let someone's pay or vacation be tampered with. If someone had the time, he wanted them to take it, have the correct pay, and if there was an issue, he was the first one to support getting the employees taken care of.

      Inconvénients

      They let a lot of people go who worked in Management who had been with them a long time and had done a lot for the company while there.

      Avantages

      It was everything you could ask for in the internship movie. Except I haven't watched the movie yet. There isn't a Disneyland tour guide telling you where to go. You just run into the most sporadic things. For instance, a half pipe built inside these offices with the google palette blessing the cubicles.

      Inconvénients

      The commute was very far, at the time, from Daly City. For what I did here, it was really chill.

      Great benefits, fast-growing company with room for internal growth.

      Inconvénients

      While I've started with a well-paying position, the stagnant pay rate after several years does not reflect the monumental company growth and the responsibilities that have been tacked onto various positions.
