Avantages
My work was easy and I was rarely expected to work overtime hours. Some people were great to work with, but others were extremely unprofessional.
Inconvénients
Management in Greensboro has a lot of problems and puts a lot of unfair pressure on the CA team. Employees are helpless and have no protection against the whims of management. In-office management is either overly involved or completely uninterested for the most part. Very little room for career growth within the CA office, especially for non-technical roles, even though it was promised to me when I started.
