Ran by people who are not eligible for the role they were hired for. Will blame employees to save themselves from their inadequacy to do things right. Like highschool, a lot of small minded people that live off drama and believe everything they hear. If you are not apart of the managers' cliques you should not work here, they will do anything to make themselves look better even if it's at the expense of others.
