Avantages
+ Great Salary + Many Talented people working there + Fast Growth opportunities I've worked there for a little more than 3 years and it was a great experience for me. I met very talented people, learned about technologies I've never seen before. There are countless benefits working there, but they expect a return in productivity.
Inconvénients
+ Intense journeys + Rigid "No error" policy During my period there I did my best to get everything done right, so the "no error" policy never really bothered me, but I've seen some really good friends let go because of failures. I had journeys up to 26 hours straight, which was very unhealth, but sometimes it's necessary to make sacrifices for the team.
