      Avantages

      Don't have any pros.....

      Inconvénients

      cheap and arrogant kind of CTO, CEO and higher management. Additional work load You will have to compensate on Saturday and even Sundays. They will expect you to work additional 2-3 hours each day. Company owner and higher management will treat you like labours. Don't expect for appraisals They expect you to complete 2 days work in 2 hours. No value and respect for software developer Don't expect public holidays instead be ready for compensates. Cheap and unprofessional management to work with. In short, Sit at home if you don't have a job but don't join this company.

      Avantages

      Absolutely nothing about this company is good. Absurd company.

      Inconvénients

      Viral Sonawala is the cofounder of SLK and cannot be trusted. He would take projects from clients and distribute to others while telling the client work is being done by him. He would sign contracts such as Non disclosure agreements and pass on the work to others. Do NOT trust this company!

      Avantages

      - If you are fresher then good opportunity for learning - Working on Spring, MongoDB (Really Good technology for future looking in the market).

      Inconvénients

      - Work like pressure cooker - No workload but work pressure (I hope you understand difference between this two) - If you have salary decide 28,000 then in your hand they give 19,000. (Advice for new joiners make clear what is salary cutoff in writing). - Advice for Experience: Believe me this company is not for experience dev. - There was 12 member(All have more than 2 years of experience in the same team) resign in six months of the period from 20 member's team.
