      -Pay could be higher for what you’re expected to do -Excessive Micro-management from home office in Houston (worst I’ve ever had)

      Good pay and Benefits. Fast pace environment. Overtime.

      Inconvénients

      Dirty, hot in the summer and cold in the winter, a lot of overtime.
