      No Transparency, Training programs and encouragement Bad behavior of egoistic manager Very bad work culture Community-based politics, no growth for others No coordination between departments/higher ups No freedom Unnecessary regulations Little compensation, no benefits and very less or no yearly increment for employees Too many meetings and long working hrs
