      Some teamwork, but don't expect anyone to really help

      Inconvénients

      -Management has no idea on how to manage the company -Management is too demanding, many directors work with MNC mindset but forget they only have SME manpower -Extremely huge workloads, many manual works -Low salary, long working hours -Poor benefits -Hopeless future plans

      Great starting pay, staff is enjoyable

      Inconvénients

      Technology is outdated. All pay stubs and check ins are manual and have to be in store. No online portal

      Fully loaded trucks and great drivers.

      Inconvénients

      Really don't take care of the driver because there policy say's it all.
