      Avantages

      Remote work available for senior developers. Friendly, charismatic, and laid back co-workers. Welcoming to junior developers. Office ping-pong.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership has a "give the customer whatever they want" attitude and will sale features, whether they exist or not, without consulting developers first. The only focus is toward growing the backlog, all while ignoring severe technical debt. Feature delivery time is sometimes expected in a matter of days. Average to below average pay. Morning meetings with leadership end in group prayer. Leave that outside the office.

      Inconvénients

      At times, because the team was so "close-knit," employees would butt heads or form cliques. Projects also got neglected due to action items changing priority or project managers being switched.

      Avantages

      The culture is great, with a team that truly cares about each employee. There are always many opportunities for career advancement. This company is extremely versatile, working with on many different projects with different goals. There is never a missed chance for a growing or learning opportunity, and the potential is endless.

      Inconvénients

      The only con to this job is that work can be taxing at times. Many customers have many different needs; some are big, some are small, some are relatively simple, and some are very complex.
