Very good work atmosphere, Management is supportive of work/life balance, good pay with industry standard bonus.

Inconvénients

Seems to be some movement towards trying to copy bigger companies in the industry rather than keeping their own niche.

The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

Inconvénients

The smaller size did limit career progression.

Inconvénients

Lack of an hr department for the people, continuously taking away benefits. Hourly people are looked down upon.
