Inconvénients
OT is a huge problem in there. Sure, they say OT is optional, its self volunteer but they wont make you feel good when you dont OT. "They only see progress and your contribution from how many OTs you done" 90% of the workers there OT everyday and even on their rest day. Lets just say HR is very slow in doing their part in certain things. The workplace is full of workers, and only one canteen, 2 stalls. A chinese and a malay stall. The space is limited tables and chairs are limited. Every Tuesday, lunch time is only 30mins. Its ridiculous. Queuing is already long enough and by the time workers bought their food, not much time left to even eat. Management especially love to do things to "catch" people. Will see if you go for lunch a few minutes early or even trying to see if you prepare to end work few minutes early. So much for "Don't want to micro- manage".
