      Avantages

      Willing to give you a chance to learn and grow. Willing to give you a chance to make mistakes and learn from them. Quickly gives you responsibilities.

      Inconvénients

      Management only knows how to micromanage. Will constantly ask for overtime - overworked. Management will make decisions based on impulse without knowing the full situation. Unrealistic timelines for projects. Management will lie a lot.

      Stagnant Career Path: Work is almost entirely restricted to maintenance and troubleshooting with no roadmap for advancement. Poor Project Oversight: Projects suffer from constant delays due to a lack of ownership and accountability. Leadership Gap: Upper management feels disconnected and lacks empathy for the staff, prioritizing their own agendas over projects.
