Avantages
The kids and neighborhoods we get to serve are truly incredible, and the work itself is both valuable and necessary.
Inconvénients
High turnover rates, insane hours, robotic teaching, one-size-fits-all teaching, low pay, constantly changing environments, top heavy management, all talk but not action, lack of diversity, unqualified and under experienced leadership, teacher evaluation system that is unfair and ineffective, high expectations and low support, disorganized, lack of autonomy for teachers and school leadership
