Senior management are unapproachable and arrogant and promote a culture of fear. Racism is regularly complained of in the KL office. Technology used is archaic, if you are just starting your IT career you wont learn anything cutting edge here. If you are based in the headquarters in Belgium you will have an unbelievably good salary and benefits package, as a result head office is full of deadwood who will not leave because its just way too comfortable. Meanwhile employees in other offices receive very poor benefits which are constantly being eroded every time management want to save a few $$$.
