Inconvénients
Lacklustre middle management with minimal or zero skills (life, career, etc.) resulting in opinion lead management regardless of the number of courses attended. Visibility is far more important than doing a good job, or doing the right thing for the members or your peers/team, or actually delivering results. Never have an opinion and god for bid you foolishly express it.
