      Maybe not the best company to work beyond junior stage. If making money is your goal.

      Inconvénients

      Work is subject to the contract of their clients. No growth opportunities. The biggest client is going through cost-reduction exercises. Sword has struggled to gain clients in the United States. They have people dedicated to finding new clients but very little success.
