Inconvénients
Lack of growth both professionally and technologically. Still stuck in their old American Airlines paradigm of doing things. They are a travel company - not a technology company. Far too top-heavy with non-producing executives - a constant issue at Sabre. Very poor internal training. Especially for new hires. Too much emphasis on yearly goal creation and performance reviews. Employee's performance reviews are rated on a curve - which means even if you achieve your goals you can be rated unsuccessful - which affects any bonuses, salary increases, promotions and the ability to move to other positions within the company.
