Avantages
PTO and health insurance. Other than that, there is not a lot of positives working in the new call center.
Inconvénients
Since the new management took over the environment is no longer fun but very hostile. Employees are no longer allowed to make mistakes. Threats of write ups for almost everything while they put dialers at risk with the FCC for being non compliant.
