      You will get good benefits but 0 job security and daily politics

      Inconvénients

      No matter how long you work, if they can’t create opportunities, they will terminate you anytime linking to performance. If employee says no opportunity and leaves the company, it will impact them, that’s why they play such cheap politics by blaming honest and reliable employees. This will definitely come back to them.

      Avantages

      Sagility acquired the company I was actively working for, and I was scared they were going to change things about the job I've loved for years. Instead, I have PTO for the first time in many years that I can use, and much more robust benefits package that I'm excited to use.

      Inconvénients

      I have fewer paid holidays, but I have more flexibility with PTO.

      Inconvénients

      lots of tech issues, can't miss a day it will result in a write-up. they want to to empathic to members calling in, but won't be empathic towards you. Kid was sick with hand/food/mouth disease and HR reached out to me saying job abandonment, when I personally reached out to them earlier in the week, They should have communicated within their department.
