Avantages
Journey: I started my Journey in Sails two years ago Feb 2020 as a Payroll Analyst (Data Analyst). From my previous companies, I learned a lot but coming to implementation, sails showed me the right path to how to do it correctly. I have seen a different dimension of life here which is a completely new experience. Accomplishments: Two years as a payroll analyst on the night shift - is quite challenging but got many learning opportunities. Got many compliments from a client and my leaders for maintaining quality on road. Learned and Implemented small but important projects as an analyst internally. I had never dug deep about excel and professional email before. That was completely different learning. Transition: As an employee, the role transitions in 2 years from Analyst to Test Engineer speaks to the endless career possibilities and options at Access. I was delighted when got a chance to be part of the Testers community in Sails Software Solutions. My managers were so supportive while being realistic through all my role transitions. I love to work in Sails because of the culture and people that I work with! It’s an epic blend between a corporate setting and a small, connected community. I honestly also stay around because of the people, especially the leaders of our company. I can interact with my CEO and senior management directly, and share my feelings - which never happened in my previous companies. Learning departments, Marketing departments, Finance departments, Skipper classes, Career-oriented sessions, and many more started and ran more successfully than I expected. Even more, are coming. People's ideas and their feedback are valued here. I wish my journey sails in sails for the coming years the same.
Inconvénients
As of now, I do not see any major cons or drawbacks of the company which I should list here as 2+ years current employee. But there are many improvements which need to be pulled to make it an even better place to work. As I mentioned previously it's a mixed culture of corporate setting and a small, connected community - we need to implement some corporate rules and regulations also which management is working on and making every effort to make happen. As per my views, There are some the direct and indirect challenges to why people do not show interest to work in Vizag locations like - Geographical Location - People not showing interest due to a lack of career opportunities like Hyderabad, Banglore, etc. Culture - Vizag Culture is calm, cool, and not party type as far I saw - So very less people show interest who all are not party types compared to metro cities What Sails are doing - Started operations from different locations like Hyderabad Remotely connected facility to employees who are Non-Local
