Great people. Relaxed environment. They seem to care about their employees and customers.
Inconvénients
Poor top to bottom communication. A little scattered. Tend to take on a lot of projects without communicating priorities to the ones who implement them. They seem to be constantly putting out 'brush fires'. Inability to integrate all their products into a cohesive, scalable package.
