Avantages
Great company held in high repore. Love Mr Pack and Tony but most other managers skimp on jobs to only get by. They do not care about liability issues for the Pack family and I think this is really sad. The Packs are really good people that entrust the wrong people to do what’s right for their company. I enjoyed working for them.
Inconvénients
Managers are allowed to threaten or belittle their employees if you voice you opinion about things not being done right or having the expectation to just”fix it or else”attitude
