To clarify, we’ve only had one person with “Director” in their job title leave Sampl, and their tenure was less than 1.5 years; not the 3-4 years stated here.       Avantages

      - Management is extremely understanding and flexible. - Entire team is very knowledgable and always open to connect and learn. - Check-ins are very constructive and designed to help you grow and become better.

      Inconvénients

      - Majority of team based out of the UK so it's sometimes hard to communicate as a US based employee.

      Avantages

      Team is collaborative, based in a lovely office in Brighton. Lot's of opportunity to earn a lot of money.

      Inconvénients

      Selling Sampl can be a challenge as it's quite a niche product. Role involves a lot of self lead gen which you need to make sure you're happy with. Big growth targets so can be very high pressured environment.
