      Avantages

      Benefits and compensation are better than average. Colleagues outside of the Executive management team were friendly, helpful and consummate team players!

      Inconvénients

      Nepotism, poor leadership and greed amongst personnel at all levels. Executive team portrays itself as professional until faced with difficult decisions that might impact its "ivory tower".
