      Avantages

      Great platform, interactive lessons and fun students.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of classes Contract termination without reason Pay structure and bonuses change frequently (and never for the better) Staff communication is terrible I worked for the company for almost 18 months and then out of the blue I received a notice that my contract would not be renewed. I have a perfect attendance record and positive parental feedback, but that doesn't seem to matter at all. No reasons were given as to why.

We do understand your complaints about bonuses and pay structure change. Indeed, compared to other online teaching companies, SayABC still offers a quite competitive and outstanding pay. As for the contract non-renewal, the decision was made upon the change of our business mode and strategy plan.       Avantages

      1) most of the students were very interested in learning 2) parents were very involved in supporting their children to be successful in their lessons 3) parents read the feedback I wrote on their child's progress and were open to suggestions I made to enhance their child's learning 4) The curriculum was from National Geographic and was very interesting for the students and myself 5) It was easy for me to do scaffolding from the lessons to enhance what the students were learning 6) I was able to use my creativity to make the classes more fun for the students 7) The students were generally very smart and well mannered 8) The SAYABC management showed appreciation for the extra effort I made to help the students

      Inconvénients

      1) because of time zone differences and language barriers it was sometimes hard to get timely support for technical issues and and student behavioral issues (as an example I had a student who once came to class without pants or underwear) 2) because of the time zone differences I sometimes got important emails from the Management at times during my regular sleeping hours.
