      Avantages

      There is room and opportunity to advance. Team members care about each other and spend time outside of work together. Great department for a first job after school with a chance to grow and advance your skill set

      Inconvénients

      Upper management at times seems deaf to the reasons that morale is low in the department and they are hesitant to change and don't take ownership for being part of the problem and cast blame elsewhere

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
