      Has an excellent corporate culture. Great relationship between management levels. Active programs to keep you energized and informed about duties and responsibilities.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation needs to be improved across the board to stay competitive. Can be vague with position/job duty changes.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
