      Avantages

      Quite a few very nice coworkers, some good ideas with building strategic competencies

      Inconvénients

      The optional social gatherings are mandatory. Like any run of the mill GC, if you were forced to choose between reporting and ensuring quality work on a project, they would want you to choose reporting. Not a terrible place to work, but you can do better.

      Good work/life balance and nice co-workers

      Inconvénients

      HORRIBLE upper management. Doesn't pay on ACCRUED PTO which is complete BS. Don't work for these people. They don't see you as a human being
