If you go to HR with a concern or proof of mistreatment, they will not take action or resolve the issue and HR will not keep your confidential conversation private - numerous conversations have been shared openly with staff in other departments. The culture has significantly declined along with leadership and become negative due to a lack of communication, empty core values, an isolated environment, very few employee events which tend to be poorly planned, and executives hiring family members to work directly in their department.
