Avantages
New disruptive technology that will lead to new market oppornunities. Adaptive RF channel equalization device can be used for PA linearization, Comm. link equalization. New and exciting applications and customer engagements occur every week. Management is persuing those applications that will build revenue first (startup company), which chanels the main efforts from Marketing, Engineering and Operations. Well equiped laboratory.
Inconvénients
Minimum staff at present. Some opportunities are forsaken to focus on primary markets. After cash flow become solidly positive, many new markets can be exploited. E-staff tends to make strategic desicions in secret leaving employees to guess about direction changes.
