      Avantages

      People are good when they’re not stressed out

      Inconvénients

      If you don’t work OT, they will make you feel bad. We are all working long hours but it never feels it’s enough. Everyone is spread thin. One of the values is “figure it out” which means you are on your own. No such thing as work life balance here

      Avantages

      Good Culture Many social events with food and snacks. Outdoor events

      Inconvénients

      High work pressure and stress Short deadlines for projects and tasks. Not overtime paid work, just you will be asked to work for free, no hours banking. Not paid well for juniors compared to market. No life balance.
