Avantages
The coworkers that I met turned into some lifelong friends. Hours were 8:00am - 4:30pm with an hour lunch break.
Inconvénients
The owners are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for. Instead of gathering all information on an issue or situation, they would react and point fingers anywhere they could. On many occasions I was called by one of them cursing and yelling at me followed by them hanging up before I was able to have a constructive conversation about the issue. Doors were left open when important meetings occurred and talks about how badly the company was doing financially were overheard by many people. Upper management would also talk poorly about departments and other people in the open for everyone to hear. Always throwing others under the bus. I was there 2 years and never got a raise because I was told it was not in the budget yet new expensive gym equipment was purchased, trips for management planned, and more employees were being hired. The turnover was extremely high due to lack of pay and career movement. My direct manager was incredible but the micromanaging that came from the owners was unbearable.
