Leadership really understands our space well, as well as the larger startup space. The latter is highly important to our growth. They understand both the long-term vision and the short-term needs and are great at balancing both without sacrificing one or the other. - It's truly a place where everyone has a voice, even as the company has doubled in less than a year. Time zones can be tough (Mostly West Coast US and Europe) but it's not unusual and I've dealt with it before. Once you can figure out the nuances, it doesn't become a barrier, as long as you can handle some early mornings :)
