      They manufacturer a great product - multiple products are superior to all other options in the industry. Small family owned company with a lot of room for growth and career advancement. Go Getter personalities will have opportunities to lead and wear a lot of different hats.

      Inconvénients

      Like most manufacturers, internal systems and procedures are outdated. (A lot of paper) Internal infrastructure needs to improved in order to provide the means for growth
