      Avantages

      Great place to work for in terms of the People (Although i do believe most have left)

      Inconvénients

      Management is atrocious, CEO makes a lot of false promises and as a whole the Company is not very ethical. No opportunity to grow and do not reward hard work.

      Good for engineers who want to have more freedom with learning new stuff. Group is small so familiar environment.

      Lack of big projects to involve in.
