      Upper Management is laughably clueless. So many cliques of people that don’t do actual work but continue to have a job through NUMEROUS layoffs over the years. People stick up for their friends at this company but these people are costing so many others their livelihood.

      Missing a sense of direction, leadership is unsure of what direction to move the product line to launch this "startup" to the next level

      Avantages

      Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
