      Avantages

      The management is supportive and accessible for the most part. The company takes optional ski trips and other fun activities to promote a family environment. Medical benefits are 100% paid by the employer. The retirement plan is good.

      Inconvénients

      Pay rate was barely national average. There was no room to grow due to the size of the company.
