      Work is easy, people are friendly

      Inconvénients

      People are friendly but the management is the worst thing on the planet. No structure at all. I’m not sure how it is in other departments but this one was the worst. Terrible. Like honestly, couldn’t exaggerate what I am syaing

      Avantages

      Got a lot of hands on experience working autonomously. Everyone in the department was also very friendly and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      My internship duration was somewhat short which caused me to work on several projects that I did not get to see to completion.

      Avantages

      Hybrid and working from home

      Inconvénients

      Holiday, pension, death in service. They’re about all the benefits you get. No sick pay. No Xmas celebrations. No Easter celebration. Quick exit redundancy. Pay average. No incentives. No overtime. If you work over there’s no extra pay or option to take as holiday. Heavy workload. Lack of support from management. Training via teams and limited. Not very friendly. In my opinion it’s a company stripped to a skeleton staff and in trouble financially in the UK
