Fairly small firm, can have a surprising level of contact with high level management even as an intern. A fairly relaxed working environment, with generally excellent colleagues.

-IT setup and general strategy is very old fashioned and management didn't seem to be interested in change. -Management could be temperamental and very untrusting, doubly so if they saw you as 'trouble'. They are a very competent team, but their "man management" skills leave something to be desired. -Management is more than happy to throw extra work your way that is far outside your remit and is within the remit of other employees. -Customers often liable to throw spanners in the works, something not helped by management or having to fight an IT system that is the result of 20 years of "make do and mend" style patchwork.

Unprofessional management that does not focus on the main problems most employees with higher positions treat you like garbage they force you to waste your free time (even if your job is done) almost no place to eat good food, pls bring your own food they are not prepared for new employees after you come back of your holidays you could have lost your workplace and computer and will get something else from 10 years ago, you can just hope that your department leader buy a new in the next year
